North Texas has always been my home. I was born in Fort Worth and moved to Johnson County while in high school, and have been here ever since. I’ve seen it all in real estate – from the times that property values dropped in the late 80’s, to the roller coaster in values over the next 30 years. During the same period, the interest rates rode the roller coaster as well. In today’s world, the market is becoming strong again and looks bright for the future. With three decades of experience, I learned many valuable lessons. There is a house out there for everyone, and each property has its own unique appeal to the right buyer. I’ve learned that it’s all about the client and not about the agent. Whether they be buyers or sellers, the right thing to do is to provide as much factual information as possible so that they can make the best decision for their particular situation.
I’m a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Texas Association of Realtors, and the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors. My business philosophy is simply stated by the late Zig Ziglar, who said that, “You can get everything you want out of life if you just help enough other people get what they want”. I love seeing the look of excitement on the faces of my clients when they take possession of their new home, or they are so relieved that I helped them through the selling process.
I’ve been a successful agent for over three decades because I always put the client first. I believe in hard work, being quickly responsive to all types of communications with me, and I have the highest of standards of honesty and integrity. I would love to be your Realtor!
My name is Marvin Brooks, and I have been selling real estate since May, 2016. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors. My philosophy is simple: Treat my clients as I would like to be treated. It is a thrill to see one of my clients happy and satisfied with their real estate needs.
I was born in Long Beach, CA, but my parents got me to Texas as quick as possible. I have been living in the Metroplex for the last 40 years. I have retired from Baxter Healthcare after 34 years of service. I am married since 1982, and have two children. Tyler, now a teacher in the Mansfield ISD, and Kelsey is working in the nursing field at a local hospital. I live in Mansfield and have a working relationship with Johnson and Tarrant Counties, and will also travel throughout the state to meet my clients' needs.
I have always put my clients first! I believe in hard work, promptness, and communication in a timely manner. If you need a real estate agent that cares and is sincere about your real estate needs, call me! I would love to be your realtor.
